Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped via Delhivery, one of India’s leading logistics providers. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Expected delivery after dispatch:

• Kerala & nearby states: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, remote locations, or logistics delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated per item based on your delivery location and are always shown at checkout before you complete payment. Our current standard rates (shipped via Delhivery) are:

We currently ship within India only. There are no hidden charges — the exact shipping fee for your order is displayed on the checkout page before payment.

Payment Methods

We accept Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

GST Invoice

A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued with every order. GST Number: 32BUPPR8336A1ZJ.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your Delhivery tracking number. Track your shipment on the Delhivery website or via the link in your order email.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage.
